At Good Life Therapy, we know the decision to come to therapy is personal and takes both vulnerability and courage. As we work to create a life of meaning and purpose, we face anxiety, uncertainty, and other life stressors along our way. If our discomfort outweighs our ability to enjoy life, or our coping skills become outdated or less effective, therapy can be a turning point to help redirect you down a path of your choosing.

Therapy can help you gain a sense of control over your life and emotional well being, to help you find and live your good life.

If you are walking through a season of life that feels too heavy to endure on your own, I am here to provide a safe place for you to land as we work together to process through past and current struggles. My goal as a therapist is to help you reach your full potential by creating positive change.
